What inspired you to pursue a career in Software Engineering
and Data Science?
My fascination with technology started
early, driven by a curiosity about how things work. The turning point was my
exposure to AI and data-driven solutions during my pre-university studies. The
potential of these technologies to solve real-world problems inspired me to pursue a
career in Software Engineering and Data Science. This field allows me to merge my
interests in advanced technologies and innovative problem-solving.

Can you describe a challenging project you've worked on
and how you overcame the challenges?
One of the most challenging projects
I've worked on was the development of ARGUS, a multimodal assistive system. The
goal was to achieve near-human accuracy in real-time object detection and sign
language interpretation. The primary challenge was integrating various technologies
like Raspberry Pi, TensorFlow Lite, NLP, and ML seamlessly. Through rigorous
testing, iterative development, and leveraging advanced algorithms, we achieved a
95% accuracy rate, significantly enhancing accessibility for users.

Staying updated in a rapidly evolving
field like Software Engineering and Data Science requires a multifaceted approach. I

What are your key takeaways from your internship experiences

At Dhruva Space, I learned the
intricacies of data engineering, particularly in the context of satellite data. The
experience honed my skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and algorithm
development. At Nikkibuild Edtech, I spearheaded IoT solutions, focusing on
integrating machine learning for predictive analytics. This role enhanced my
understanding of IoT systems, improved my problem-solving skills, and taught me the
importance of cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions.
